Everton striker Kevin Campbell has overcome a knee injury picked up at Crystal Palace last weekend and is in the squad for the home game against West Brom.

Campbell played for an hour in the 3-1 win at Selhurst Park and has responded well to a week of intensive treatment.

Everton will be without the suspended Gary Naysmith, sent off against Palace, while defender Li Tie is back in training after the Asian Cup but is not considered to be match fit.
