Domenech sweating on Vieira fitness

France coach Raymond Domenech intends to wait until the last possible moment before ruling Patrick Vieira out of Les Bleus’ opening World Cup qualifiers against Israel and the Faroe Islands.

Arsenal and France captain Vieira has missed the Gunners’ opening three Premiership games of the new season because of a thigh injury and is still rated as doubtful to be fit for international duty.
