City miss duo

Manchester City manager Kevin Keegan will be without Steve McManaman and Paulo Wanchope for tomorrow’s clash against Liverpool at Anfield.

McManaman sustained an ankle injury in training this week and will be sidelined for the next 10 days, also ruling him out of next week’s matches against Charlton and Birmingham.

Wanchope, meanwhile, has not returned from international duty with Costa Rica, although Keegan had anticipated that would not be the case.
