Waterford United sign Coleman
Waterford United has signed Cork-born defender Kenny Coleman.
Coleman, 21, was at Wolves for four years before he joined Kidderminster Harriers in 2002, initially on loan but then in a permanent move.
"He's a very good player," player-manager Alan Reynolds said.
"I saw him in a friendly last week and was impressed.”
Reynolds is now waiting on Coleman’s international clearance before knowing whether he can throw the new boy straight into the reckoning for tonight’s eircom League match against Shamrock Rovers at Richmond Park.
“He needs a little time to get back to full fitness but I would hope that he will play some part," Reynolds added.
