Merson: Gunners' title hopes gone without Vieira

Walsall player-manager and former Highbury hero Paul Merson believes Arsenal are incapable of winning the Premiership without midfielder Patrick Vieira.

Vieira has been linked with a possible million move to Real Madrid, with the Gunners reported to have lined up Portuguese international Maniche as a replacement.
