Shels' Euro win causes fixture changes

Shelbourne’s away goals victory over KR Reykjavik in the Champions League qualifying round has meant the postponement of two of the eircom League leaders’ domestic fixtures.

Shels’ progression to the second qualifying round and a tie with Croatian champions Hajduk Split over the next fortnight means their Premier Division games at Bohemians on Friday, July 30, and their home clash with Dublin City on Friday, August 6, have been postponed.

The league has yet to announce new dates for the fixtures but another game has been rearranged.

Bohemians' league game, at Derry City, originally set for Saturday, August 7, has been brought forward to Thursday, August 5, at the home side’s request.
