Chelsea have signed striker Mateja Kezman from PSV Eindhoven after the Serbian was granted a work permit.

Chelsea have signed striker Mateja Kezman from PSV Eindhoven after the Serbian was granted a work permit.

Kezman completed his move, believed to be for a fee of around £5m (€7.5m), and joined Russian Alexei Smertin in training today.
