Danish midfielder Per Frandsen intends to play for another year after being released by Bolton.

Manager Sam Allardyce will announce his retained list later today – and the 34-year-old confirmed he has played his last game for the club.

Frandsen, however, believes he still has something to offer.

“I feel great. I still feel I can compete in this league,” he told BBC GMR.

“I am going to play one more year. That’s the plan, so I am going back to Denmark and we will see what happens.”
