Andrade tells United - come and get me

Highly-rated Deportivo La Coruna defender Jorge Andrade has hinted that he will quit the Spanish club if Manchester United make a move for him.

The Portugal international has had an impressive campaign for Depor, who he helped reach the semi-finals of the Champions League, and has been linked with a number of leading sides, including the Old Trafford outfit.

And Andrade will certainly be interested if Alex Ferguson decides to give him a call.

“I have come from a small club in Portugal to Depor and I am always interested in furthering my career if the opportunity arises,” he told PA International.

“My agent (Jorge Mendez) is the same as (Cristiano) Ronaldo’s and he has told me a lot of good things about Manchester United.

“But I have a contract here with Depor at the moment so it will be a case of Manchester agreeing a deal with them. I have enjoyed playing for Depor and improving the team.”
