Danish winger Jesper Gronkjaer has put Chelsea 1-0 up in the 22nd minute of their Champions League semi-final second leg tie against Monaco.

After a period of pressure from Chelsea, in which England midfielder Joe Cole missed a clear shot at goal, Gronkjaer bent the ball into the top corner beyond the Monaco keeper, with a ball that looked far more like a cross than a shot.
