Gallas fit for crucial match

William Gallas has given Chelsea a Champions League boost by declaring himself fit for tomorrow’s semi-final, second leg against Monaco at Stamford Bridge.

The French defender has missed the last three matches with a hamstring strain but will return for the tie in which the Blues must overturn a 3-1 deficit.

Claude Makelele and Marcel Desailly are suspended, while Damien Duff and Adrian Mutu are injured.
