McPhail starts for vital Leeds game

Leeds went into this match staring at relegation, knowing defeat would consign them to the Nationwide League barring the mother of all mathematical miracles.

Bolton, still with a chance of claiming a UEFA Cup spot, were unchanged from the side which finished last weekend’s 2-1 triumph at Southampton.
