Leicester manager Micky Adams is sweating on the fitness of striker Les Ferdinand ahead of the relegation-threatened Foxes’ daunting trip to meet Manchester United tomorrow evening.
Adams has rated the 37-year-old veteran frontman as “doubtful” after Ferdinand succumbed to a knee injury which accounted for his absence from Saturday’s 2-0 home defeat to Fulham.
