Eriksson casts eye over Wright-Phillips

Sven-Goran Eriksson revealed that he will be watching Shaun Wright-Phillips in action tonight as the Manchester City winger gets a chance to force his way into the England coach’s Euro 2004 plans.

Eriksson names a squad this weekend for next week’s friendly in Sweden, which is the final international before his provisional 23-man party for this summer’s tournament is announced.
