Blackburn midfielder Alan Mahon has agreed to join Lancashire rivals Wigan.
The 25-year-old Republic of Ireland international has passed a medical and is expected to finalise the move tomorrow morning.
He will train with his new team-mates tomorrow and is expected to be included in the Latics’ squad for Saturday’s Nationwide League Division One match at Ipswich.
