Ferguson left out of Toffees side

Duncan Ferguson misses out on Everton’s FA Cup fourth round replay against Fulham tonight – thereby preventing another confrontation with Luis Boa Morte.

The big striker, who Boa Morte has publicly accused of racially abusing him in the first encounter between the sides at Goodison Park, was injured in Saturday’s Barclaycard Premiership clash with Liverpool and is not in the squad at Loftus Road tonight.
