Kachloul loan deal ended

Hassan Kachloul has returned to Aston Villa after completing his injury-plagued loan spell at Wolves.

He made just four substitute appearances for the club owing to injury and illness but Wolves have hinted the move could still be made permanent if Kachloul can agree an early termination of his contract, which is due to expire in the summer.

Chief executive Jez Moxey told the club's official website: "I'd like to thank Hassan for all he has done in his time with us.

"It's just unfortunate that he didn't play as much as we would have liked through injury.

"If he can sort himself out at Aston Villa then we would be prepared to talk to him."
