Yakubu lines up for Portsmouth

Aiyegbeni Yakubu will make his final appearance for Portsmouth against Bolton before flying off to the African Nations Cup.

Yakubu has been granted a 24-hour extension to his departure date for Tunisia and is one of only two fit strikers Harry Redknapp has available for the trip to the Rebook Stadium.

Redknapp may be forced to name teenager Warren Hunt as one of Pompey’s substitutes with Vincent Pericard, Deon Burton, Svetoslav Todorov and Lee Bradbury all injured.

Pompey will be without defender Hayden Foxe, who is facing two months out with a fractured foot, as well as long-term absentees Tim Sherwood, Steve Stone, Gary O’Neil, Amdy Faye and Nigel Quashie.
