PSV chief upset over Robben trip

Manchester United and Alex Ferguson have come under fire over their bid to sign PSV Eindhoven starlet Arjen Robben.

PSV chairman Harry van Raaij admits United have made a formal declaration of their interest in the 19-year-old winger to the Dutch club.
