Ling gets job at Orient
Martin Ling has been given the Leyton Orient manager’s job until the end of next season.
Ling took over as caretaker from the sacked Paul Brush almost three months ago and has guided Orient back up the Third Division table.
Chairman Barry Hearn gave Ling the good news after Saturday’s 2-0 win over Bury.
Ling told the official club website: “I’m absolutely delighted. I have been given the chance to finish the job I have started.”
Ian Culverhouse has been given the assistant manager’s job on a permanent basis after being promoted from reserves coach.
