Own goal puts Shels back on top

Shels regained their leadership of the table but they needed an own goal to do it - plus a little help from Waterford United who held Bohs to a draw at Dalymount.

St Pat's dominated the opening exchanges but almost fell behind on 20 minutes when Ollie Cahill cracked a shot off a post.

The vital goal came nine minutes later.

Richie Baker whipped over a pacey cross and defender Colm Foley had the misfortune to direct the ball past his own keeper Chris Adamson and into the net.
