Rovers keeper banned for 15 months

Shamrock Rovers' goalkeeper Barry Ryan, whose A and B doping samples tested positive last month, has been banned from playing football for over a year by an independent doping tribunal.

Following the sitting of an independent doping tribunal this evening, a suspension of 15 months has been handed down to Ryan, who tested positive for a recreational drug.
