Derry City 1, St Patrick's Athletic 1

Derry came from behind to earn a second draw of the season with St Pat's at the Brandywell.

Europe-chasing St. Pat's availed of a defensive error by Peter Hutton to take the lead on 27 minutes.

Paul Donnelly stole the ball to put Gary McPhee in on goal and he drilled a shot past keeper Alan Gough who couldn't keep it out despite getting a hand to the ball.

Derry hit back into the second half when Eddie McCallion got clear down the right to cross and Gareth McGlynn set up Gary Beckett to shoot home.
