O'Leary forced into change

Aston Villa manager David O’Leary will be without skipper Olof Mellberg and striker Darius Vassell for tomorrow’s Barclaycard Premiership trip to Newcastle.

Mellberg and Vassell collected hamstring injuries in the single goal Carling Cup success over Leicester City in midweek and have not recovered.
