Crespo misses clash with former club

Hernan Crespo was missing from the Chelsea line-up to face former club Lazio after failing to recover from a groin injury.

The Argentina star was replaced by Eidur Gudjohnsen, who partnered Adrian Mutu in attack for this Champions League Group G clash.

For Lazio, winger Sergio Conceicao was surprisingly preferred to Stefano Fiore.
