Cork City climb to second place
St Patrick's Athletic 0 Cork City 2
CORK are up to second spot in the Premier Division table after beating FAI Cup finalists St Pat's at Richmond Park.
Neal Horgan's header from Colin T O'Brien's cross gave the Leesiders the lead on 57 minutes after a grim and goalless first half best forgotten.
George O'Callaghan doubled the visitors' lead after 68 minutes when he tapped home a cross from former St Pat's man Kevin Doyle.
The win provided Cork boss Pat Dolan with his first victory over his former club on the fifth time of asking.
