McLeish happy to take a chance on Moore

Rangers manager Alex McLeish does not believe it is a gamble to throw skipper Craig Moore into the Champions League fray after just 45 minutes of action in the last six weeks.

The Australia international – who inherited the captain’s armband once Barry Ferguson’s sale to Blackburn was completed – damaged a hamstring in the second game of the season, a Champions League qualifier against FC Copenhagen.
