Patrick Sullivan set up UCD's third win of the season with a cracking strike on the hour.

Alan Calwey's corner was only partially cleared by David Breen and Sullivan beat Dan Connor from 22 yards.

Mick O'Donnell added their second goal on 77 minutes from Cawley's free kick in from the right.

Mark Leech, son of legendary Shamrock Roves striker Mick, hit the third in stoppage time.
