Arsene Wenger says the time has come for Arsenal to deliver in the Champions League.

Wenger accepts, just like captain Patrick Vieira, the Gunners must become more ruthless if they are to fulfil their potential and have a genuine chance of winning the competition - starting at home to Inter Milan.
