Managers' union wants Pardew inquiry

The League Managers Association have called for a Football League investigation into the circumstances which led to Alan Pardew’s resignation as manager of Reading.

Pardew wants the opportunity to talk to West Ham about the vacant managerial position at Upton Park but Royals chairman John Madejski has refused to accept the resignation.
