Juan Sebastian Veron has claimed Sir Alex Ferguson “wasn’t sincere” towards him over his move from Manchester United to Chelsea.

The Argentinian’s £15m (€21m) switch to Stamford Bridge happened last week after the United boss repeatedly stated his desire to keep Veron but ultimately allowed him to go.
