Watford game off due to 'tragedy'

Watford’s home First Division match against Coventry has been postponed due to “tragic circumstances beyond the club’s control”.

The club released the following statement this afternoon: “Watford Football Club wish to announce that today’s Division One fixture against Coventry City has been postponed.

“This is owing to tragic circumstances beyond our control. The club will be in a position to provide further information as and when it is able to do so.”
