Drogheda twice came from behind to earn a huge win to lift them clear of the relegation zone.

Pat's had the perfect start when Tony Bird headed home his ninth goal of the season from Mbabazi's cross after just minutes.

Danny O'Connor then headed Drogheda level on 14 minutes as they stormed back into the match.

But St. Pat's hit back within a further three minutes when Davy Byrne also scored with a header following Keith Fahy's corner.

But it was all Drogheda after that as Dom Tierney levelled again on the hour before late goals from Andy Myler and Declan O'Brien won it.
