Parry hits back at Leeds

Liverpool supremo Rick Parry has hit back at Leeds in the row over Harry Kewell’s acrimonious transfer, claiming that the club never offered £7m (€10m) for the player.

Kewell’s £5m (€7.16m) move to Anfield has been shrouded in controversy with Leeds chairman Professor John McKenzie claiming Liverpool initially submitted a £7m (€10m) bid last Friday.
