Leeds United chairman Professor John McKenzie has launched a scathing attack on Harry Kewell and his agent Bernie Mandic over the Australian’s transfer to Liverpool.

Leeds United chairman Professor John McKenzie has launched a scathing attack on Harry Kewell and his agent Bernie Mandic over the Australian’s transfer to Liverpool.

As well as accusing Kewell of “stabbing the fans in the back”, McKenzie has intimated that Mandic’s part in the protracted move has cost the club £4m (€5.8m).
