The out-of-contract former Manchester United, Newcastle and Blackburn midfielder completed a medical at the Walker’s Stadium today.

And the 28-year-old could soon be joined by veteran striker Les Ferdinand, who has been in discussions with Foxes boss Micky Adams after being released by West Ham at the end of last season.
