David Beckham was tonight given the all clear to complete his move from Manchester United to Real Madrid.

Real doctor Alfonso del Corral emerged from the exclusive Hospital de a Zarzuela to confirm that the 28-year-old England captain had come through a 90-minute medical examination without a problem.
