Bowyer signs for Newcastle Utd

Newcastle have confirmed Lee Bowyer has passed his medical and will complete his move today.

Lee Bowyer today formally completed his move to Newcastle after passing a medical last night.

The 26-year-old put pen to paper at St James’ Park this morning on a four-year, £30,000-a-week (€43,000) contract to become Sir Bobby Robson’s first close-season signing.
