Spurs fans happy with Portuguese capture

Tottenham fans have praised the capture of Helder Postiga as a “step in the right direction” but have called on the club to make the Portuguese striker the first of many signings this summer.

Manager Glenn Hoddle completed his first transfer of the summer today when 20-year-old Postiga signed on a five-year contract from UEFA Cup winners Porto.
