O'Flynn puts Cork into winning ways

John O'Flynn returned from Irish under-21 duty to get Cork back to winning ways with the only goal to give boss Pat Dolan a first win in seven games.

UCD keeper Patrick Jennings could only parry a header from Kevin Doyle from George O'Callaghan's free kick and O'Flynn shot home the rebound for the only goal on 35 minutes.

College felt they should have had a last minute penalty when Alan Bennett appeared to pull down Robbie Martin, but referee Damien Hancock waved play on.
