Celtic striker Chris Sutton today apologised for his controversial comments on an emotionally-charged last day of the Bank of Scotland Premier League season.

Sutton had accused Dunfermline of not trying in the 6-1 defeat by Rangers which secured the title for the Ibrox club on goal difference as Celtic could only win 4-0 at Kilmarnock.
