West Ham striker Jermain Defoe has handed in a transfer request following the club’s relegation to the Nationwide League.

West Ham striker Jermain Defoe has handed in a transfer request following the club’s relegation to the Nationwide League.

Defoe scored 11 goals for the Hammers in a season which ended in disappointment yesterday.
