St. Pat's and Rovers had to settle for a second successive draw as neither did enough to win at Richmond Park.

Stephen Gough gave Rovers the ideal start with the lead from a third minute penalty after Colm Foley had pulled down Alan Reynolds.

Saints hit back to level on 34 minutes.

Karim El Khabir crossed from the right and Tony Bird got the better of Barry Ryan to tap the loose ball into the net.
