Byrne faces fitness test ahead of Dublin derby

St Patrick's Athletic's David Byrne is fighting to regain his fitness for tomorrow's Dublin derby against Shamrock Rovers.

Byrne is due to undergo a fitness test today after picking up a knee injury against Cork City on Saturday.

The remainder of the St Pat's squad is injury-free, with Tony Bird also due to return from suspension.
