Sweden international Anders Svensson is struggling for fitness ahead of Southampton's FA Cup quarter-final against Wolves at St Mary's.

The midfielder limped out of the 1-0 win over West Brom last weekend with an ankle problem, but the injury has responded to treatment and he has not given up hope.

Brett Ormerod is expected to partner leading scorer James Beattie in attack, but midfielder David Prutton is cup-tied.

Wolves are without suspended captain Paul Ince and injured striker George Ndah.

Alex Rae and Keith Andrews are both in the running to fill the gap created by the absence of Ince.
