Republic of Ireland manager Sean McCaffrey has named three home-based players in a squad of eighteen players for the Oporto (Portugal) Under-19 tournament later this month.

Republic of Ireland manager Sean McCaffrey has named three home-based players in a squad of eighteen players for the Oporto (Portugal) Under-19 tournament later this month.

John Flood (Bray Wanderers), Derry City’s Kevin Deery and Paddy Mulvihill of Longford Town have all been included in the travelling party for the four-nation tournament which begins on March 12.

The Republic will play Belgium on March 12 and will meet Norway the following day. The Irish will face the host nation Portugal in their final game on March 15.
