Ireland name youth squad

The Republic of Ireland squad for the World Youth Championship finals in the United Arab Emirates at the end of March has been announced.

The squad of 20, which will be managed in the UAE by Gerry Smith, includes most of the players who won the four-nation tournament in the Emirates in January under Brian Kerr.

Also named in the squad is Eamon Zayed from Bray Wanderers. He is the only home-based player included.
