United trio doubtful for Cup clash

Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Wes Brown remain Manchester United’s major doubts ahead of Sunday’s Worthington Cup final.

Mikael Silvestre has resumed training after his recent ankle injury and will play against Liverpool in Cardiff, but neither Brown (hamstring), Scholes (groin) or Giggs (thigh) is looking likely to make United’s side.
