Van Gaal to thrash out Nou Camp departure

Barcelona coach Louis Van Gaal has been told his contract is to be terminated when an amicable compensation package is agreed.

Club general manager Javier Perez Farguell told a packed press conference at the Nou Camp that Van Gaal will only remain in charge until a "friendly agreement" is reached with the club over the cessation of his contract later this week.
