Shelbourne narrows the gap

There were two games last night in the Eircom League Premier Division.

Second-placed Shelbourne have narrowed the gap behind leaders Bohemians to 4 points with a 2-0 win over St Pats at Tolka Park. Jim Gannon and Stephen Geoghan with two late goals.

Elsewhere UCD kept up their recent good form with a 1-0 win over Shamrock Rovers at Richmond Park. John Martin with the students goal in the third minute. Trevor Molloy missed a penalty for Rovers in the 51st minute.
